As the machine operates, pressure gas seamlessly enters the shell's inner cavity (2) via the windward hole (1), exerting force on the oil surface. The elegant design allows the oil outlet hole (3) to sit perpendicularly to the gas flow, creating a pressure difference during the high-speed gas flow. This mechanism effortlessly expels lubricating oil from the conveying pipe (4), spraying it into the compressed gas pipeline, which simultaneously forms a lubricating mist. The compressed gas then enters the rock drill and gas leg, ensuring comprehensive lubrication of all moving parts.The oil injector is designed for simplicity and precision. Adjust the oil volume effortlessly by pulling the oil valve handle. Aim for an optimal oil flow of 2.5 ~ 3 ml per minute. Check the exhaust of the drilling machine for an oil mist to confirm ideal lubrication levels.
