This innovative series of oil injectors is engineered to simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, maximizing efficiency and uptime., The oil injector is expertly designed for automatic oil application, fulfilling comprehensive machine lubrication needs. While operating, pressure gas flows into the inner cavity of the shell (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting its force on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3), aligned perpendicularly to the pressure gas flow, creates a pressure differential at the outlet (3) under high-speed gas flow, ensuring the lubricating oil is effectively conveyed through the pipe (4). The oil small hole (3) disperses oil into the pressurized gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. This mist enters the rock drill and gas leg, thoroughly lubricating all moving parts with precision.The oil injector is user-friendly, allowing easy adjustments to the oil output. By simply pulling the oil valve handle, you control the volume, ensuring optimal lubrication. An ideal flow rate is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Observing an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust signifies correct lubrication levels.

Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining performance and extending service life. Avoid using grease lubrication to prevent clogging machine holes, obstructing gas flow, which can impair the head and gas leg lubrication, reduce machine efficiency, and accelerate component wear.
