As the machinery operates, pressurized gas enters the inner chamber from the windward hole (1), pressing on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is cleverly aligned perpendicular to the gas flow, creating a pressure differential during high-speed gas movement. This pressure difference propels the lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4), where it discharges from the small oil hole (3) and is expertly sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline. Here, it transforms into a mist that seamlessly enters the rock drill and gas leg, efficiently lubricating all moving parts.

The oil injector's user-friendly adjustment mechanism is a marvel of simplicity. With just a pull of the oil valve handle, you can precisely regulate oil flow. The optimal flow rate is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute, evident from the presence of an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust. This ensures the perfect level of lubrication for smooth and efficient operation.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is essential for maximizing performance and extending service life. To avoid obstructing machine holes and impairing gas flow, which can lead to inadequate lubrication of the head and gas leg, avoid grease lubrication. Poor lubrication diminishes efficiency and accelerates wear and tear on components.
