Precautions:
1. Prior to use, lubricate the air pick thoroughly with oil to ensure smooth operation.
2. Maintain at least three spare air picks on hand, and restrict each pick to no more than 2.5 hours of continuous operation to prevent overheating.
3. During use, maintain a firm grip on the handle and press firmly in the direction of the chisel to keep the pick securely in place.
4. Use a clean and uncontaminated trachea, ensuring the joint is securely fastened to prevent air leakage.
5. Avoid fully inserting picks and drills into the material to prevent damaging air strikes.
6. If the pickaxe becomes lodged in a titanium lump, avoid vigorous shaking to prevent damage. Use gentle movements to dislodge.
7. Select picks and drills tailored to the hardness of the titanium lump. For tougher lumps, opt for shorter picks and drills, and monitor the shank temperature closely to prevent sticking.
8. Address any burrs immediately; refrain from using burrs for drilling to maintain tool integrity.
9. Air strikes must be strictly avoided to prevent damage and ensure safe operation.
