Precautions:
1. Before use, ensure the air pick is well-lubricated with oil to maintain optimal performance.
2. Have at least three spare air picks on hand, restricting each to a continuous working time of no more than 2.5 hours to prevent overheating and ensure efficiency.
3. During operation, maintain a firm grip on the handle and press in alignment with the chisel to secure the pick against the socket safely.
4. Opt for a clean and uncontaminated trachea, and ensure the joint is securely affixed to prevent air leaks.
5. Avoid fully embedding picks and drills into broken objects to prevent unintended air strikes, preserving tool integrity.
6. Should the pickaxe become lodged in a titanium lump, refrain from violent shaking to avert potential damage to the tool.
7. Select picks and drills according to the hardness of the titanium lump; shorter picks and drills are favorable for tougher lumps. Regularly monitor the shank temperature to prevent sticking.
8. Address any burrs immediately and avoid using burrs for drilling to maintain precision and tool condition.
9. Air strikes are strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.
