This advanced series of oil injectors is designed to simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, ensuring seamless and uninterrupted operation., The oil injector system automates the lubrication process, meticulously meeting the machine's lubrication demands. As the machine operates, pressure gas is channeled into the shell's inner cavity (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, exerting pressure on the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole (3), oriented perpendicularly to the pressure gas flow, creates a pressure differential under high-speed gas conditions. This pressure difference expels lubricating oil through the conveying pipe (4). The oil is atomized at the outlet hole (3), seamlessly integrating into the compressed gas pipeline. This mist-laden gas enters the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating all moving components.The oil injector system is user-friendly, allowing simple adjustments to the oil volume by pulling the oil valve handle. This controls the injector's output, ensuring optimal lubrication with a flow of 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Proper oil levels are indicated by observing oil mist in the exhaust of the drilling machine, signaling ideal lubrication conditions.
Caution:
Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining performance and extending service life. Grease lubrication is not recommended as it can clog machine holes, obstruct gas flow, and impair head and gas leg lubrication, diminishing efficiency and accelerating wear.
