During operation, pressurized gas enters the shell's inner cavity (2) via the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, creating pressure on the oil surface. The oil outlet hole (3) is strategically positioned perpendicular to the gas flow direction, generating a pressure differential that expels lubricating oil from the conveying pipe (4). This oil is atomized into a fine mist, entering the compressed gas pipeline, effectively lubricating a rock drill's various moving parts and the gas leg.With our oil injector, fine-tuning the oil quantity is straightforward-simply pull the oil valve handle to adjust. The ideal oil volume ranges from 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Adequate lubrication is confirmed by observing an oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust.

Proper lubrication significantly impacts performance and service life. Avoid grease lubrication to prevent blocking airflow, which can lead to poor head and gas leg lubrication, reduced efficiency, and accelerated wear.
