How It Works: A Comprehensive Overview
Rock drills are marvels of engineering, requiring consistent lubrication to ensure their high-speed internal parts function seamlessly. Our Oil Injector Tool takes center stage, offering automatic and precise oil injection, fulfilling all machine lubrication demands. As the machine powers on, pressure gas streams in through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, then fills the inner cavity of the shell (2), pushing down on the oil surface. Ingeniously, the oil outlet hole (3) is positioned perpendicularly to the gas flow, creating a pressure difference that drives the lubricating oil out through the conveying pipe (4). This atomized oil, sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, forms a mist, while the compressed gas channels into the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating all moving components.
Our Oil Injector offers effortless adjustments; simply pull the oil valve handle to manage the oil flow with precision. Delivering an optimal 2.5 - 3 ml per minute, the system ensures flawless lubrication. Check for a fine oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust to confirm proper lubrication levels.
Caution: Vital Considerations
Proper lubrication is crucial for maintaining peak performance and extending service life. Avoid grease lubrication to prevent clogging, which can obstruct machine holes and gas flow, causing inefficient head and gas leg lubrication, lowering machine efficiency, and accelerating wear and tear.
