As the machine powers on, pressure gas streams in through the windward hole (1) of the oil valve, then fills the inner cavity of the shell (2), pushing down on the oil surface. Ingeniously, the oil outlet hole (3) is positioned perpendicularly to the gas flow, creating a pressure difference that drives the lubricating oil out through the conveying pipe (4). This atomized oil, sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, forms a mist, while the compressed gas channels into the rock drill and gas leg, effectively lubricating all moving components.

Our Oil Injector offers effortless adjustments; simply pull the oil valve handle to manage the oil flow with precision. Delivering an optimal 2.5 - 3 ml per minute, the system ensures flawless lubrication. Check for a fine oil mist in the drilling machine's exhaust to confirm proper lubrication levels.
