As the machine functions, pressurized gas penetrates the shell's inner cavity (2) via the oil valve's windward hole (1), applying direct pressure onto the oil surface. The oil valve's outlet hole (3), strategically oriented perpendicularly to the gas flow, generates a pressure differential at the outlet (3), compelling the lubricating oil to exit through the conveying pipe (4). This mechanism ensures the oil is expertly sprayed into the compressed gas pipeline, forming a fine mist. The compressed gas then flows into the rock drill and gas leg, impeccably lubricating all crucial moving parts.With a user-friendly oil injector, adjusting the oil volume is as simple as pulling the oil valve handle. Control is yours, with an optimal oil volume ranging from 2.5 to 3 ml per minute.
